Description

The Cottage is a house from the early 19th century, featuring later additions and alterations. It is constructed of rendered and whitewashed brick, topped with a roof made of plain tiles and Welsh slate. The building has two storeys and three bays, with a range extending to the rear. The central entrance consists of a six-fielded panel door with an overlight, set within a doorcase that includes fluted pilasters, a frieze, and a hood. The windows throughout the house are 16-pane sashes, and there are stacks at each end of the building.
