Wall, terminal pier and railings bounding approximately 12 metres of south-west side of forecourt of Assembly of God Pentecostal Church (qv). c1854. Wall and pier of ashlar, with painted cast-iron railings. Low wall of ashlar blocks forming plinth to tapering octagonal section railings and standards, railings with fleur-de-lys finials, standards with ball finials. Terminal pier to right rusticated, square section, on high plinth with projecting moulded cornice and cross-pedimented cap.
