Description
Two houses, built between 1827 and 1830. The houses are constructed of brick with painted stone dressings, and have a slate roof, hipped to the right. Externally, the facades are designed as a mirrored pair, each house featuring one bay with doorways to the outer sides. The windows are sash windows with painted, rusticated lintels. The doorcases have reeded engaged columns, simple friezes, cornices and rectangular overlights. A 20th-century partly-glazed door replaces the original at No. 22. No. 21 features a panel of engraved glass above a raised panel in its doorway. The gutter is supported by rectangular brackets. Ridge chimneys are located between the houses and in a shared position on the left. The interiors have not been inspected.
