Description

Middlebrook is a house dating from the early to mid 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings and has a pantile roof. The building features a two-room central lobby-entry plan and is a single storey with two windows. It has quoins, a boarded door, and 20th-century casements set beneath segmental brick arches. There is a 20th-century rebuilt axial stack. The left side of the house includes the gable end of a former neighboring building, which has a steeply-pitched roof.
