Description

The property at 29 Ermine Street is a house dating from the early to mid-18th century, with alterations in the 20th century and later rear additions. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings and has a pantile roof. The original layout comprised two rooms arranged around a central lobby-entry, with a later outshut added to the rear. The house is single-storey with an attic, featuring two windows. Quoins are present. A half-glazed door and 20th-century casement windows with glazing bars are set beneath segmental brick arches. An axial stack is also visible.
