Entrance gateway and flanking walls. 1912-15. By HT Hare. For the trustees of the will of Dr CA Lee. Brick and ashlar, with ashlar dressings. Pair of square brick gatepiers with ashlar vase finials supported by volutes. Pair of wrought-iron gates. Beyond, concave flanking walls with short straight returns, with square piers and pyramidal caps. Plinth and slab coping. Right curved wall has a small gateway. An ancillary building to Lee's Rest Houses (qv). Included for group value.
