Former laundry. 1912-15. By HT Hare. For the trustees of the estate of Dr CA Lee. Neo-Georgian style. Red brick with hipped plain tile roofs with large multiple-flue rear wall stack and square side wall stack. Single storey plus attics; 7-window range. Projecting central block has five 2-light casements and above, 4 box dormers with single-pane windows. On either side, a lower wing, the left one with a round-arched door and a 2-light casement, the right one with a single door. An ancillary building to Lee's Rest Houses (qv).
