House, now office equipment shop. c1825. Yellow brick, with painted ashlar and stucco dressings and slate roof with 2 side wall, single gable and ridge stacks. Rendered plinth, first-floor sill band, moulded wooden gutter, single coped gable. 2 storeys; 4-window range of segment-headed 16-pane sashes with lintels and keystones. Central wooden Doric portico with fluted columns and glazed sidelights. C20 half-glazed door. On either side, a large semicircular bay window, the right one larger, each with a tripartite glazing bar sash.
