Description

This house, located 40 metres north of The Old Ship Inn, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of orange brick and features a pantiled roof. The building has two storeys and a symmetrical elevation with three bays. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with an overlight that has glazing bars. To the right of the door is a sash window with glazing bars, and to the left is a two-light casement window, all of which are set beneath segmental brick arches. On the first floor, there are three sash windows with sills and glazing bars, also under segmental brick arches. The house has a stepped brick eaves cornice, raised coped gables, and end stacks.
