Description
This stable, located approximately 30 metres south-west of Pockthorpe Hall, dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed of red brick in an irregular bond, with stone dressings and a pantiled roof. The building features a gable entry and stands two storeys tall with two bays. The main gable elevation has a boarded door with a segmental head on the ground floor, and a similar taking-in door on the first floor. It also has a stepped eaves cornice and raised crow-step gables topped with block and ball finials. The adjacent outbuildings are not of special interest.
