Description
Manor Lodge is an early 19th-century house constructed of red stretcher and yellow header bricks in Flemish bond, featuring stone dressings and a cast pantile roof. The building has a central entrance and stands two storeys tall with attics, comprising three bays. Access to the door is via two flagstone steps, leading to a six-panel door with raised and fielded panels, topped by a fanlight with radial glazing set in panelled reveals. The doorcase is adorned with pilasters and a cornice. On the ground floor, there are four-pane sash windows with sills, each set beneath flat gauged brick arches. The first floor also features four-pane sash windows with sills. The building is finished with a stepped brick eaves cornice supported by paired timber brackets, end stacks, and plain close verges.
