Description

This building, located about 120 metres south-west of Graysgarth House, is a house dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of orange brick with a pantiled roof and features a single storey with attics, arranged in four bays with a 2:1:1 configuration. At the rear, there is an outshut beneath a catslide roof. The front has a 20th-century door with glazing bars and three sliding sash windows with glazing bars, all set under segmental brick arches. The raised gables have tumbled-in brickwork.
