Description

  1. 5268 CHURCH LANE (East Side) Sewerby Lodge No 16 of Sewerby House TA 2068 17/121 II GV 2. Mid C19, 1 storey in yellow brick with ashlar dressings. Hipped slate roof with centre stack. Stone moulded eaves cornice and blocking course. Rusticated quoins. Plinth. 2 windows in stone surrounds, with keystones, hung sashes with glazing bars, flank doorway with plain pilasters and moulded cornice. Door of 6 panels.

Sewerby House, terrace balustrade and attached garden Wall, archway to Sewerby House, courtyard archway, conservatory, stable block, old laundry. Gate House and the Lodge, No 16 form a group.
