Description

Sprague Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century, constructed of brown brick with a pantiled roof. It features a lobby entry and stands two storeys tall with three bays. There is a boarded door located under a segmental head between the first and second bays. The ground floor has four 12-pane unequal sash windows, while the first floor has a band and three 12-pane unequal sash windows with a lintel band above. The building is adorned with a stepped brick eaves cornice, axial stacks, and raised gables.
