Description

Dunoon is a house dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of brown brick and features a pantiled roof. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical elevation with three bays, along with a rear extension.

On the ground floor, there is a 19th-century panelled door with an overlight, set within a pilastered doorcase that has dentils. This door is flanked on both sides by two-light casement windows, which have sills beneath flat arches. The first floor mirrors this arrangement, with similar windows on either side of a single-pane casement window located above the door. The house has a stepped brick eaves cornice, end stacks, and tumbled-in brickwork at the raised gables.
