Description
This farmhouse, located 100 metres north of the entrance to Pipers Lane, dates from the mid-18th century and has undergone some later alterations. It is constructed of red brick and features a partite roof. The building is a single storey with an attic and has a three-bay lobby entry plan. There is a four-panel door with a plain overlight positioned between the second and third bays. To the left of the door is a small four-pane sash window, while the centre bay contains a tripartite sash window, which is flanked by a brick pilaster strip on the left. To the right, there is an eight-pane sash window. The central roof dormer features casement windows. The roof is steeply pitched and includes tumbled brick at the raised gables, as well as end and ridge stocks. At the rear, there is an outshut.
