Description
Nos. 79 to 82 Greendale Road is a terrace of four houses built in 1891 by William and Segar Owen. The houses are constructed of brick with stone dressings and feature tile-hanging with fishscale bands. They have a hipped tile roof with a gablet at the right end. The terrace is two storeys high and consists of three bays with deep eaves. Most of the windows are small-paned casements, while the first bay on the ground floor has a stone lintel and a paired sash window. The second bay features a two-storey canted bay window with a tile-hung first floor and a gablet containing three lights on each side. The first floor has four-light canted oriel windows. The entrances are flanked by lights. The terrace includes two cross-axial stacks and a gable-end stack. The right return has a gabled projection with a tile-hung first floor, an entrance on the left return, and a stack on the right return.
