Description
A group of three houses located on New Chester Road, Bebington, dating to 1899 and designed by William and Segar Owen. The houses are constructed of brick with a plastered first floor and have hipped tile roofs. They are arranged as one storey with an attic, comprising three bays, with the third bay set back one bay. A drip mould runs above the ground floor. The ground floor windows have gauged-brick cambered arches and three-light leaded casements; the first floor windows are similar and set within hipped half dormers. Brick quoins are visible, with the first two houses featuring elliptical heads to their windows. The third house has a diapered panel above its window. The elliptical-headed entrances contain three-panel doors with leaded lights. Cross-axial and a right return stack project from the roof. The rear elevation is similar in design.
