Description
Whitedge Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century, which was remodeled in the 19th century. It features roughcast render, believed to be over thick stone walls, with raised painted stone quoins and other stone dressings, topped by a slate roof. The building has a double-depth, double-fronted plan, standing two storeys high with three symmetrical windows. It includes a painted plinth and a moulded gutter cornice. The central doorway is round-headed with simple imposts and a keystone, featuring a 20th-century glazed door and fanlight with radiating glazing bars. The windows are 20th-century casements with raised sills, plain jambs, and large wedge lintels. Gable chimneys are present, while the rear and interior have not been inspected.
