Hay barn, now store. Probably later C19. Red brick, hipped slate roof with red ridge tiles. Rectangular plan on east-west axis. 5 bays, with rectangular brick piers, hipped roof with oversailing eaves. A good though plain example of its type. INTERIOR: not inspected. Forms group with buildings of Crosby Hall Educational Trust (qv).
