Description
A terrace of five houses, numbered 1-9, dating from the 1830s. The houses are constructed of brick with stone dressings and have a slate roof. A prominent first-floor sill band, top frieze, and cornice run along the terrace. Each house has three storeys plus a basement, with two bays. The windows have wedge lintels and are sash windows with glazing bars; those in the entrance bays are blind. The round-headed entrances are framed by Doric doorcases with fluted columns, and contain six-panel doors. Number 5 lacks the columns to its doorcase.
