Description

This is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and a slate roof. The house is three storeys high, with a basement, and has five bays. The basement is stone, and the building features a sill band at the first-floor level and a top cornice. All windows have cut brick flat arches and are sash windows with glazing bars. The central entrance is round-arched, with a Doric doorcase and a complete fanlight, leading to a six-panelled door. A late 19th-century Ionic porch, with a deep, open pediment, has been added. Plain iron area railings are also present.
