Description

The building at 12 Pembroke Place is an early 19th-century house. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and has a slate roof. The house is two storeys high with a basement, and it has three bays. A sill band runs along the first floor, and a top cornice and blocking course are visible at the roofline. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, each with a wedge lintel. The central entrance is round-arched and features a Doric doorcase, although the columns are missing. Area railings and hand rails are present along with brick gate posts that have stone caps.
