Description
24 and 26 Upper Parliament Street are two houses built in the 1820s. They are constructed of brick with stone dressings and have a slate roof. Each house has three storeys and a basement, with two bays. The basement and ground floor are finished in stucco, and there is a sill band at the first floor level. The top cornice is present, and the windows are sashed with glazing bars. The entrances are round-headed and feature half-glazed doors.
