Description

Olive Mount Villas is a pair of houses built in the 1850s. They are constructed from stucco and topped with a slate roof. Each house has two storeys and two bays, with the end bays projecting forward. There is a sill band at the first floor and a top entablature adorned with wreaths on the frieze. The windows feature architraves, with the ground floor windows having panelled aprons, friezes, and cornices. The ground floor windows in the end bays project and have tripartite sashes, while the first floor windows are fitted with eared architraves. The entrances are located in the returns and are framed by consoled doorcases.
