Description
Number 13 is a house from the 1860s, now part of a school. It is built of brick with stucco and stone details, topped with a slate roof. The building has three storeys and a basement, featuring five bays, a sill band on the first floor, and a cornice with modillions at the top. The corners are accentuated with rusticated quoins. The windows are framed with architraves, and those on the ground and first floors have decorative keys. The ground floor windows have had their mouldings removed in 1984. The central window on the first floor features a frieze and a consoled pediment. There are remnants of a porch that was removed in 1984. The entrance includes a half-glazed doorcase and door, with panelled piers topped with cornice caps, and curved low walls that support the railings and lamp standards.
