The building has three storeys and a basement, divided into three bays, with the end bay projecting under a gable. A round turret at the angle of the building is topped with a conical spire.

Architectural details include sill bands and a brick cornice, with varied windows that are both mullioned and transomed. The end bay features a two-storey canted bay window adorned with a diapered parapet. The first bay has a three-light window with tympana and a pierced balcony above it on the first floor. The second floor contains two-light windows with trefoil tympana and relieving arches. The first bay also has a gabled half-dormer.
