Description

The Dell is a house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of stucco and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic and features three bays. The first bay projects forward under a gable adorned with finials, while the end bay also projects under a similar gable. The windows are mullioned and transomed, complete with label moulds. Notably, there is a three-light window on the ground floor of the end bay. The central gabled porch, which has finials, includes an entrance with a four-centred head.
