Description
10 West Derby Village is a house dating from 1660, marked by a datestone. It features whitewashed stone walls and a concrete tiled roof with a central brick chimney. The building is two storeys high and has two bays. The ground floor windows are five-light with chamfered mullions and have fixings for shutters. Above the entrance, there is a drip mould that is raised over a Tudor-arched head, leading to a four-panel door. A plaque above the door reads "C A 1660". The first floor has three-light windows, and the rear of the house has some blocked windows.
Inside, the house has chamfered beams with stepped stops at the front and a large fireplace.
