Description

Parkside is a house built in the 1840s, constructed of stucco with a slate roof. It stands two storeys high with an attic and features four bays, where the end bays project forward under pediments. There is a sill band at the first floor level and a top entablature. The windows are sashed with glazing bars and have architraves. The end bays include rectangular bay windows on the ground floor, which also have entablatures and tripartite sashes. The attic windows do not have architraves and cut through the entablature; those in the end bays are round-headed and are integrated into the pediments.
