Description

The garden wall to The Hazels, built in the 1760s, is a Grade II listed structure. It is constructed of red brick in English garden wall bond and features a coping. The wall encloses a regular trapezoidal area and remains unbroken. The northern section of the wall is taller than the others to accommodate south-facing lean-to buildings that have since been demolished. There are entrances, some of which are blocked, that are set under flat or cambered arches.
