Description
The garden wall to the west of Boulmer Hall is a Grade II listed structure, likely dating from the 17th century. It is built of large coursed rubble with roughly-cut coping and features old brick in an irregular bond. The north side of the former walled garden consists of approximately 70 meters of wall that stands 2.5 meters high and has a monopitch coping. Near the center of the wall, there is a blocked door with a timber lintel, and to the east, there is an inserted doorway along with a short section of later brick facing. The later or altered return walls are not considered to be of special interest.
