Description
This outbuilding, likely used for a cart or trap, dates from around 1840. It is constructed of squared stone with cut dressings and features a brick vault. Built into a hillside, the flat-topped front has boarded double doors beneath a timber lintel, and a boarded door to the right under a shouldered arch. The coping is chamfered and slopes down at each end. Inside, the main section has a barrel vault, while the smaller northern section has a quadrant vault. This building is included for its group value with the nearby Bathing House.
