Description

Brock Side Farmhouse is a house built in 1733. It is constructed of sandstone rubble and features a steep slate roof with brick chimney caps. The farmhouse has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with three bays. The windows are cross windows with rebated and hollow-chamfered detailing. The doorway, located between the bays, is now glazed and has a quoined surround. Above the doorway is a plaque inscribed with 'BWC 1733'. The gables are coped and feature chimneys.
