Description

Shepherd’s Hill is a house dating from 1792. It is constructed of sandstone rubble with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within stone surrounds featuring false keystones. A door, positioned between the bays, has a stone surround with impost blocks and a false keystone; above the door is a plaque inscribed “TF S M 1792”. Chimneys are located at each end of the building.
