Description
Trunnah Farmhouse is a farmhouse, now a house, dated 1769. It is constructed of rendered brick and has a slate roof. The building features a barn attached to the south side, both under one roof. The farmhouse has a double-pile plan with two bays and is two storeys high, presenting a symmetrical facade with gable chimney stacks. In the center, there is a date stone, and the presumed original doorway below it has been blocked and rendered over. To the left of the doorway, there is a sashed window with a stone sill and a splayed stone head, while to the right, there is a French window with a similar head. On the first floor, there are two sashed windows with glazing bars, stone sills, and splayed stone heads. The right end of the building features stone quoins. The date stone is oval and inscribed with "R M J S 1769". The interior has been altered, but the staircase is probably original.
