Description

A house and workshop, now divided into three separate dwellings, dating from approximately 1801, with later alterations. The building is constructed of coursed square sandstone with a slate roof. It comprises two bays over two storeys, with a two-storey workshop to the left, which has been altered. There are two windows on each floor, all tripartite sash windows with glazing bars, straight sills, and straight stone heads undercut segmentally in the centre. The first floor features an arched tablet displaying the date 1801. The former workshop to the left has a large quatrefoil roundel at first floor. The workshop entrance has been altered to French windows, and it also contains two windows on each floor matching those of the main house.
