Description

Hydes Farmhouse is a house dating from around 1800. It is constructed of rendered rubble and has a slate roof. The building features a central-entry plan with end stacks and stands two storeys tall. On the ground floor, the left-hand window consists of two lights with a shallow chamfer, while the right-hand window has a plain stone surround. The first floor includes a seven-light weaving window with square mullions and glazing bars, with some of the lights being sashed. The door, which is now located under a modern porch, also has a plain stone surround.
