This is a farmhouse, dating from the late 17th century and subsequently altered. It's constructed of pebbledashed rubble with a steep slate roof. The main part of the house runs east to west, with two parallel gabled wings extending northwards. The south front has three storeys and three bays. To the left of the front door is a three-light mullioned window with an outer chamfer and an inner ovolo moulding. To the right is a window containing two sashed lights, a square mullion, and a plain stone surround. On the first floor, the window to the left has a rebated and chamfered surround; the central window has a plain stone surround; and the window to the right has two sashed lights and a square mullion. The second-floor windows have plain stone surrounds, with their central mullions removed. The front door has a plain stone surround with moulded imposts and a cornice. Other external features include a stone gutter, gable copings, and end stacks. At the rear, the eastern gabled wing has a three-light double-chamfered mullioned window, with a double-chamfered surround above it on the first floor. The western wing has a chamfered surround with tooling on the ground floor, a double-chamfered surround on the first floor, and a door to the left with a plain stone surround. The interior was not inspected, and is reported to contain no features of particular note.
