Description
This barn, located at the south-west side of the farmyard, is possibly from the early 19th century. It is constructed of squared sandstone and features a stone slate roof. The barn has single-storey outshuts on both long walls, with openings that have plain reveals, all arranged symmetrically. On the north-east side, there is a wide doorway in the main barn wall, which has a segmental arch made of punched stone with a keystone, and a coat of arms that has been re-set above it. Inside, the trusses are reported to be made of softwood.
