Description

No. 13 Latham Street is a house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a Welsh slate roof along with brick and stucco end stacks. The building has two storeys and a cellar. The front has a two-window range with 20th-century casements in the original openings. On the ground floor, there is a 20th-century window to the right, which is set in the original opening above the cellar window. The entrance is located to the left and consists of a four-panel door with an overlight, set within a doorcase that has inset half-columns, a frieze, a moulded flat hood, and a shaped panel above. There is also an alley door to the left. The interior has not been inspected.
