Description
Darney's Cottage is a cottage that dates from around 1600, although it has likely been rebuilt. As of 1980, it was in a derelict condition. The building is constructed of rubble and features a stone slate roof. It has two storeys. To the left, there is a doorway with a deep chamfered lintel. The cottage has one small single light window and one three-light window with arched heads. Additionally, one ground floor light has been blocked, and the stone mullions have been removed from the first floor.
