Description

Cold Weather House is a house, probably built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of stone with quoins and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, with gutter corbels, stone coping, and kneelers. On the ground floor, there is a double sash window divided by a stone mullion, with an altered window to the right. Between these is a plain doorway. The first floor has two similar sash windows, with a semicircular headed large landing window situated between the floors. All sash windows and the landing window have glazing bars.
