II House. Early C19th and late C19th with possible earlier remains. Limestone and sandstone dressings and slate roof. Main facade faces east, having two storeys with attic and with a 3-bay portion with central entry and limestone dressings of c1800 to the right and a gabled cross-wing to the left with later C19th sandstone dressings. Right-hand portion has sashed windows with glazing bars and plain stone surrounds. Door has plain stone surround and porch with plain round pillars having square block capital supporting a small balcony with decorative iron railings. Facade has string course and stone gutter. Roof half-hipped at right-hand end with 2 stacks aligned along the ridge and stacks to the left of the 1st bay. Left-hand cross-wing has tall C19th mullioned windows with chamfer and slight rebate, on the ground floor one of one light and one of four with two of two lights on the 1st floor. Attic window of two round-headed lights with plain stone surround and square mullion. Gable has coping, kneelers and stone fleur-de-lys at apex. To the left is a lean-to extension with a 3-light C19th mullioned window on the ground floor and a sashed window with plain stone surround on the 1st floor. Left-hand return wall has C19th dressings, but masonry suggests a possible conversion of an earlier building.
