Description

Browfoot Farmhouse is a house that possibly dates from the late 18th century, with some remains from the 17th century and later alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed of rubble and has a slate roof. The building has two storeys and features four bays. The windows have plain reveals and projecting sills, except for the left-hand ground-floor window, which is modern. There is a doorway in the third bay that has a moulded surround with a four-centred head, displaying initials and the date 1627 on the lintel.
