Description

Ancliffe Hall is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century. It is constructed from slobbered rubble and features a slate roof. The building has a central-entry double-pile plan with an additional third bay added to the right. It stands two storeys high and has three bays. The windows and door have plain reveals, and there are stone gutter brackets, gable copings, and kneelers. The chimneys are located on the left-hand gable and between the second and third bays. The left-hand gable wall includes a tall stair window with plain reveals and two transoms.
