Description
The stable block, located approximately 30 metres north of Lisieux Hall, is likely from the early 19th century. It is constructed of yellow sandstone and features a hipped slate roof with an L-shaped plan. The building has two storeys and a symmetrical five-bay facade made of dressed stone, which includes a moulded gutter cornice and a pedimented gable at the centre that contains a blank tablet. There is a blocked arched wagon entrance with a segmental head and keystone, alongside a modern door to the right. The ground floor has four rectangular windows, while the first floor has five square windows. The left return wall is made of coursed rubble and includes a wagon doorway with a cambered wooden lintel, a triple keystone in the centre, and a square tablet above with a heavily worn coat of arms that is now illegible.
