Description
Cosy Cottage is a house that likely dates from the late 17th century, with a later addition. It features plaster on what is probably stone, with rubble on the left return, and has a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and consists of three bays, with the first bay being an extension. The windows are recessed and have chamfered mullions, with five lights and four lights on the ground floor, and three lights on the first floor. The first bay includes a ground floor casement window and a small horizontally sliding sash window on the first floor. The entrance is located in the second bay. There are gable-end stacks, and the left return has a blocked door on the first floor and a small inset window. The right return features a two-light window with a label mould. At the rear, there is a lean-to extension.
