Description

Wybersley Hall is a house dating from the 18th century with later additions. It is constructed of dressed, roughly coursed stone with a slate roof. The house comprises a central 2-bay range flanked by projecting gabled crosswings on either side, all of two storeys. The central entrance features a studded door with a moulded ashlar surround, and a 3-light casement window with a plain stone surround on each floor. The projecting wings extend considerably and feature a segmental arched recess with sash windows on the upper level and a door on the left side of the lower level. These windows are topped with flat stone keystone arches. The gables and parapet are castellated. The left elevation has four similar window openings, one of which is blind. The rear of the house displays three gabled bays, with one bay being a 20th-century brick addition.
