Description
This building is a stable and coach house located northwest of the tower of All Saints' Church, dating from the early 19th century. It was constructed by the owner of Marple Hall for his use when visiting the church. The structure is made of dressed stone and features a graduated stone slate roof. It has three carriage bays under a gable, each with a pointed keystone arch, impost blocks, and battened doors. Above the middle arch, there is a recessed round panel that encloses a crest of arms. Additionally, there are mounting steps against the left side of the building.
